Changed your mind? Never mind!
You know you’re in safe hands with Brackenhirst Kennels, our refund policy is that you have a 14 day money back guarantee. If you change your mind and don’t want to board with us, just call us or drop into the kennels within 14 days and we will give you a full refund. Contact us on 01236 751358 and we will be happy to help.
If a booking is cancelled after the 14 day period, the £40 deposit is non-refundable and will be treated as an admin charge.
